Our Services

Wulff Contracting LLC offers a wide range of services, from minor household repairs to a whole house remodel. We work with our clients from design through completion of the process, and are always receptive to changes that will ensure the finished project meets your needs. 


First, we discuss your project and offer our ideas, experience, and a preliminary budget and timeline. A small job may require no outside specialists, and just a simple bid. For a larger remodel, reconstruction, or total construction project, we bring together the required specialists, professionals whose work has proven itself again and again throughout our association. We provide a detailed bid specifying the total cost to complete the work. Wulff Contracting is bonded and insured, and takes responsibility for the performance of everyone who participates.

We welcome your participation. We’re happy for you to stay involved with every aspect of the job, ask questions, and make changes as you wish. We advise you if a proposed change in plans alters the cost. Alternatively, if you want to avoid the disruption of major construction and just come back when it’s all done, we do it that way too. However you want to handle it, we keep in touch to discuss any issues that arise and to provide you with photos and progress reports.

Throughout the process we take special care to ensure that we don’t damage your property, using protective gear, tarps and screens, and other methods to limit the impact of our presence. On a multi-day project that takes place in an occupied house, we end each workday with a cleanup so you aren’t living with construction debris.
